Retrun Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
The product has a verifiable quality issue or manufacturing defect.
The product was damaged during shipment, and clear evidence (photos/videos) is provided within 7 days of delivery.
The product was never activated or used, and remains in original, unopened condition.
Upon confirmation, we will coordinate with the courier for return pickup from your address.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
To maintain product integrity and protect against misuse, the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:
Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.
Products that have been opened, activated, or used in any way — due to the nature of high-value electronic equipment, once used, they cannot be resold or restored to original condition.
Products returned without prior approval or without a valid reason, or outside the 7-day window.

Our cameras are precision-engineered, high-value devices. Please handle them with care and ensure you are ready to make a purchase before placing an order.
We do not support unconditional refunds once the product has been delivered.
Any abuse of the return policy (e.g. false defect claims, intentional damage) may lead to account suspension and reporting to relevant platforms.
