Shipping Policy

We currently support shipping to the following regions:
North America, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and other selected countries.

If you are located outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm availability.

Once your order and payment are received, we will ship the product within 24 hours from Shanghai to Shenzhen. The package is expected to arrive in Shenzhen within 3 days, after which it will be forwarded to Hong Kong. From Hong Kong, the shipment will be sent to your address.

We primarily use DHL and UPS for international delivery. The estimated delivery time from Hong Kong to your location is 10 to 12 days.

Logistics Method: Our official partner logistics provider is Xianda Logistics. Depending on the delivery address, Xianda Logistics will arrange for delivery via UPS, DHL, uniuni or other courier services.

Shipping Fee Information: Free shipping to your door is available for the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, EU member states, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong (China), Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. For shipping fees to other regions, please contact our customer service for details.

Transit Time: The standard delivery time is usually 10–15 days. For shipments to the United States, delivery can be made within 3–5 days if inventory is available in the US warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value every customer and are committed to delivering high-quality products and responsible after-sales support. To ensure fairness and protect both parties, please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product has a verifiable quality issue or manufacturing defect.

  • The product was damaged during shipment, and clear evidence (photos/videos) is provided within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was never activated or used, and remains in original, unopened condition.

Upon confirmation, we will coordinate with the courier for return pickup from your address.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain product integrity and protect against misuse, the following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.

  • Products that have been opened, activated, or used in any way — due to the nature of high-value electronic equipment, once used, they cannot be resold or restored to original condition.

  • Products returned without prior approval or without a valid reason, or outside the 7-day window.

Additional Notice

  • Our cameras are precision-engineered, high-value devices. Please handle them with care and ensure you are ready to make a purchase before placing an order.

  • We do not support unconditional refunds once the product has been delivered.

  • Any abuse of the return policy (e.g. false defect claims, intentional damage) may lead to account suspension and reporting to relevant platforms.
