Announcement on Optimization of Default Preview Resolution Settings for Camera Equipment

Greetings!

Thank you for your continued support and trust in our products. To further enhance the user experience and address frequently reported issues such as insufficient battery life during long outdoor shooting sessions and device overheating,we have completed a power consumption optimization upgrade for the real-time preview function of the camera device. The relevant adjustments are explained as follows:

1. Core Adjustments

Starting from Slam Camera APP Version 1.0.1.36, the device’s real-time preview will default to 1080P resolution. This adjustment significantly reduces computing power consumption for real-time rendering, effectively extends battery life, minimizes body heat during prolonged use, and further ensures stable and smooth operation of the device.

Important Note on Image Quality

This update only modifies the default resolution of the real-time preview feed and will not affect the native quality of your final captured photos and recorded videos at all.

Your photos and videos will fully retain your preset original resolution, bitrate, and all parameter settings with no quality degradation.

2. Custom Switching Method

If you require real-time preview at native clarity, the switching function remains available on the device at any time in Slam Camera APP Version 1.0.1.37:

You may manually select your preferred clarity with one-click switching, no functional restrictions applied.
